Marion Toyota is searching for an individual, who has an eye for detail/accuracy to join our Accounting Dept. This individual should have comfort navigating technology/software platforms/spreadsheets/Office 365/ etc. It is a perfect environment for the person who prefers an 8am-5pm Monday-Friday desk job, researching/solving/verifying/creating/data entry/spreadsheets; who values deep thinking, accuracy and data driven results over fast, chaotic work!

• Process both Retail and Trade-in vehicles
• Payoff used car lien holders
• Provide the daily report of paid off vehicles to the Controller
• Work with various Managers
• Assist in tracking all outstanding titles
• Balance cash box and prepare daily bank deposit
• Ensure all documentation is scanned into system
• Maintain monthly log of all supplemental F&I products
• Support a positive, professional environment with team members and customers
• Excellent attendance integrity and work ethic.

• General Math for Ledger Entries
• Data Entry on Excel Spreadsheets
• Basic Computer Knowledge and Navigation
• Attention to Detail for Accuracy
• Good Communications (verbal and written)
• Office machines knowledge/skills
• Organized
