DescriptionDeaconess Illinois Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Marion, IL. This position offers a guaranteed salary of $260,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract.
The successful candidate will work at the Professional Park location in Marion, IL, alongside a collaborative team that includes:
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- 2 Physicians: 1 Family Medicine physician and 1 Pediatrics physician

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Bonus details, including eligibility and performance goals, will be discussed during the interview process or upon hire.
Position RequirementApplicants must have or obtain licensure in the state of Illinois to practice.
