Optometrist - Full-time - OD/MD Medical Private Practice (Great Bonus Structure
- No Weekends) - Marion, IL (Marion, IL 62959)
Eyes On Eyecare seeks a full‑time Optometrist to provide full‑scope care and float to two nearby offices. This role offers a competitive salary, production bonus, and no weekends.
ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive eye care, including:
- Performing eye exams and diagnosing ocular disease.
- Managing routine and medical care, including post‑operative follow‑up with MDs.
- Working collaboratively with a full staff of technicians and front desk support.
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
- Valid Illinois state license to practice optometry (or pending).
- Experience in ocular disease management.
- Comfortable working alongside MDs; average patient volume ~24 per day.
- Strong rapport with staff and patients; ethical, hardworking.
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
