The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for an engaging PRN opportunity in Marion, Illinois. Providers will work in a high-volume, well-supported hospital environment featuring an integrated EPIC EMR system and a dedicated hospitalist team for admissions. This role offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts alongside robust subspecialty support across multiple service lines.

Practice Info
- High-volume, well-supported hospital in Marion, Illinois
- Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network
- Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions
- Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Moderate to high volume with approximately 55 patients per day and 11 daily admissions
- Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers
Compensation
- $285/hour highly competitive rate
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible PRN scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available
- Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM): 1 physician + 1 APP
- Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM): 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP
