Supply Chain Coordinator

The inventory coordinator role for joint venture practices involves supervision, administration, and management of orthopedic inventory business practices. The job requires an individual to multi-task and adapt to clinical, clerical, and business activities in a dynamic environment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and effective business functions while coordinating with internal and external sources of Deaconess Health System and the orthopedic joint venture.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in health services, administration, materials management, logistics, supply chain, or related fields from an accredited institution. A minimum of two years of experience in supply chain, retail, clinical operations, inventory management, or related fields is preferred. The candidate must understand the clinical, financial, and quality impacts of effective supply inventory management.

Compensation:

Hourly Range: $21.03 - $31.55

Incentives:

Eligible for evening/night and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be shared during the interview.

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility and achievement of specific metrics. Details will be provided during the interview or upon hire.
