We are looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated PRN Patient Intake Specialist I to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
CompensationHourly Range: $15.82-$20.56.
IncentivesEligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.
Education and ExperienceCompletion of High School or GED required. College degree desired. Knowledge of health care revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is a plus.
