Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist - Private Practice
This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in the Marion, IL area. With multiple locations and a new pediatric program on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.
Position Highlights- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours
- Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings
- Opportunity to help build a pediatric program
- Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease
- Open to new graduates—mentorship and training provided!
- Audiologist Compensation: $100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)
- Hearing Aid Specialists Compensation:
Competitive base + performance incentives - $15,000 signing bonus
- Student Loan Repayment Program

- IRA/401(k) matching
- Healthcare coverage reimbursement
- 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
- CEU reimbursement: $1,000/year
- Professional fees reimbursement: $500/year
- Malpractice insurance covered
