Audiologist - Private Practice

This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist to join our team in the Marion, IL area. With multiple locations and a new pediatric program on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours
• Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings
• Opportunity to help build a pediatric program
• Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)
• Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease
• Open to new graduates — mentorship and training provided

• $100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)
• $15,000 signing bonus
