The technician may also assist pharmacists with MTM program workflow by identifying eligible residents or patients, gathering medication histories and adherence information, preparing documentation, coordinating outreach, tracking interventions, and supporting follow-up tasks as assigned. These activities do not replace pharmacist clinical review, pharmacist MTM assessment, pharmacist counseling, or pharmacist supervision.
