Maintenance Stock Cage Attendant- 3rd Shift

Maintenance Stock Cage Attendant - 3rd Shift at AW Technical Center USA. Aisin Manufacturing is looking for a Stock Cage Attendant for 3rd shift for the Maintenance Department.

• Receive stock cage items
• Check packing slips, noting any discrepancies
• Receive items into Oracle system
• Write stock cage number on all items and packing slips if not printed
• Place items in proper storage locations. If new, identify and record new location
• Issue stock cage items from stock cage and chemical room
• Assist team members in stock cage
• Find requested items
• Record items issued in log along with appropriate data
• Issue items from Oracle
• Conduct daily physical inventory of critical chemicals or other critical items
• Maintain paperwork filing
• Maintain back-order information
• Engage in phone and e-mail communications with vendors to procure parts and material
• Communicate issues to maintenance Advisors and MRO buyers
• Maintain 5S of cage
• Adhere to all company policies as well as safety and environmental procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to achieve section, department, or company goals
• Maintain maintenance department paperwork and perform data entry
• Coordinate with day shift attendant

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts
• Basic math skills to confirm numerical information (part numbers, inventory counts, dollar amounts, etc.)
• An understanding of written communication in the form of company requisitions, supplier memos, or faxes
• Basic computer skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Knowledge of maintenance skills and parts

Salary Range: $19.40/hr.

- $24.45/hr.
