RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• 13-week contract assignment

• Float requirements to ED/ICU for medical holds only

• Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed

• No on-call or call back requirements

• Must be located outside 40-mile radius (no local candidates)

• 2 years medical/surgical experience required

• EPIC charting experience required

• Must be confident and independent RN

• Work on 36-bed medical/surgical/orthopedic unit

• Patient ratios of 1:5 with CNA or 1:4 primary care when CNA unavailable

• Required certifications:
Active Illinois RN License, AHA BLS

• Navy blue scrubs required

• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
