As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job OverviewDay to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
As part of the Unit, staff will work closely with patients and families in a rewarding environment by coordinating results and communicating with the Deaconess Care Team.
Certifications/Licenses
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire.
- AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Red Cross ALS required within 90 days, or at the end of the orientation period, whichever is sooner.
Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing
ExperienceAt least one-year previous experience in clinical unit preferred.
CompensationHourly Rate: Starting at $31.25-$46.88

Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night and weekend shift differentials (details provided during interview).
