$19.45 to $23.95 per hour

Position Overview

Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years management and customer service experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting top talent, and achieving financial goals. Promotes a customer-centric environment, manages financial statements, asset protection, and marketing efforts. Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Effective supervision skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literacy, cash handling experience, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
