• Prepares meat products according to established standards, cutting boneless meat products, and maintaining product quality standards.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Ensures operational excellence, maintaining work area and ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Acts as a talent ambassador, modeling high‑quality service, and making members’ experience outstanding.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and applies these in business processes.
• Completes work assignments, prioritizes tasks, collaborates with managers and co‑workers, and seeks improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
