We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Oasis Powersports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring our showroom is inviting and well-maintained.

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information on our range of powersports vehicles and accessories.
• Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, ensuring their needs are met.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports and a good understanding of vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
