• Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and active listening.
• Greet customers and assist them through the transaction process.
• Educate customers on our loyalty program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Execute cash management, return, layaway, and exchange policies accurately.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and coordinate with loaders and other associates.
• Handle price disputes and reconcile registers with 100% accuracy.
• Promote the benefits of the Rural King loyalty program and RK Visa card.
• Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and friendly etiquette.
• Keep stores and equipment clean, including cooling displays, windows, and restrooms.
• Participate in cross‑training and continuous learning opportunities.

$15.25 – $18.60 per hour, with exact compensation based on location, education, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
