Salary Range
: $45,000–$52,000

Under the direction of the Area Manager/Agronomy Manager, support and execute sales in the assigned territory through on‑farm calls, counter service, seed treatment, and value‑added activities. Promote a positive attitude and support the team concept.

• Help with competitive analysis to maintain current knowledge of the marketplace and competition.
• Support grower meetings in the assigned area; provide follow‑up on customer complaints and seek a reasonable “win/win” resolution.
• Maintain and appearance of equipment and facilities.
• Promote the use of the company’s credit programs as a sales tool and provide required information to establish credit.
• Attain a CDL license with Haz Mat endorsement.

• Adhere to the company uniform policy and maintain a professional image.
• Display and promote the appropriate image of Southern FS.
• Adhere to environmental health and safety policies and training.
• Attend training meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education and Experience: Normally requires a college degree in agriculture, marketing, or other business‑related discipline and sales/marketing experience to demonstrate ability to generate profitable sales.
