Position SummaryWe are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Marion, IL . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations.
Minimum Qualifications- Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is required
- Demonstrated commitment excellent customer service
- Prior security or protective services experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
