Job Summary Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician New Urgent Care/Emergency Department in Marion, IN Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and strong work-life balance Practice environment focused on patient-centered care, quality, and collaboration Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff Support patient satisfaction, safety, and quality initiatives Qualifications Emergency Medicine trained and board-certified/board-eligible preferred Indiana medical license or eligibility Schedule & Coverage 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM"7:00 PM, 7:00 PM"7:00 AM, 12:00 PM"12:00 AM Full-time schedule: 4 days on / 8 days off (1,460 hours annually) Additional coverage with advanced practice providers Facility Highlights New emergency department with approximately 25,000 annual visits 7 treatment rooms, 2 trauma rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms 4 observation/admit rooms EMR:
