Job Details- Wage: $14.50/hour

Part-Time - Schedule:
3rd Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM), Weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts available. - Training:
Must be able to attend training Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM during first week (or split into two weeks).

Day in This Role / Responsibilities- Help create a meaningful day for the individual you are partnered with.
- Help the individual become more independent and accomplish their goals.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as using the restroom, showering, cooking, eating, etc.
- Help them be part of their community in meaningful ways.
- Build a relationship and grow life skills with the individual.
- Celebrate small and big wins.
- Take people out into the community.
- Do arts, crafts, creative activities together.
- Assist with grocery shopping, doctor’s appointments, etc.
- Play games and engage in fun activities.
- Engage in exercise and going outside.
- Love for people and wanting to help them.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to learn basic principles of teaching; good basic mathematical computation and English language writing knowledge.
- Must know first aid/health/safety measures or be willing to build competence via post‑hire training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to meet agency insurability requirements.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, or stand for long periods; lift or transfer individuals to/from wheelchairs; wear required PPE.
- Must follow safe/universal precaution practices during pandemic and otherwise.
- Experience working in an educational or service‑related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Personal or professional experience with individuals with intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities.
