Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Huntington, IN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have mechanical aptitude, and are looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and finished products according to specifications.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.

• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Measure, fit, and position components during the assembly process.

• Identify defective parts and report quality concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Perform other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
