Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing clients upon admission
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor clients' progress
• Administer prescribed medication
• Enhance patients' coping skills
• Educate clients and their families about health management and wellness strategies
• Respond to and manage crisis situations with compassion and expertise

• Current RN license in good standing with the Indiana State licensing board
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience in mental health or community health settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
