Job Summary

Position:
Shift Manager (Restaurant Shift Supervisor) at a McDonald’s corporate-owned franchise. The franchisee is the employer, separate from McDonald’s USA.

Managers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, maintaining quality, safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets, and supporting department goals.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Preferred previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
