As a driver you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. • Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset

Financial Package

• Weekly Pay: $912.23 – $1,862.98 (full‑time drivers)
• Annual Pay: $47,424.00 – $96,824.00 (full‑time drivers)
• Floor rating: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (flatbed regional)
• Additional accessorials: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimension
• Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation)

Hiring Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record on the road
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (not required)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation
