As a driver you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. - Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
Financial Package
- Weekly Pay: $912.23 – $1,862.98 (full‑time drivers)
- Annual Pay: $47,424.00 – $96,824.00 (full‑time drivers)
- Floor rating: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (flatbed regional)
- Additional accessorials: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimension
- Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation)

Hiring Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (not required)
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation
