As a Dental Hygienist at Cottage Grove Dental Care, you will:

• Provide thorough hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatment
• Educate patients with confidence and clarity to support long term oral health
• Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
• Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care
• Help create an exceptional patient experience built on trust and consistency

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Passionate about patient education and clinical excellence
• Team oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured systems
• Growth minded and motivated to continually improve

Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Curve, etc.) is a plus but not required.

• Ability to perform prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
