Medication Manager

As a Medication Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining accurate records of medication administration.
• Collaborating with other team members to provide holistic care.
• Upholding safety and compliance standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

We’re seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing compassionate care. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A caring and patient demeanor with a focus on resident well-being.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
