As you progress through the program, you will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build understanding of the business and prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for management roles.
• Work with leadership and store teams to gain on-the-job experience across store operations.
• Progress toward a management position at one of Menards' 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, or Distribution Centers after program completion.
