Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing production of machine control panels with primary emphasis being the inspection and quality control of completed panels.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to panel department builders during the panel production process.
  • Complete daily inspections of finished panels prior to shipment to ensure goals of 99.86% accuracy is being met.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to confirm quality production of control panels during the production process.
  • Assist in the trouble shooting of wire harnesses, control panels, and electronic assemblies.
  • Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to the panel production.
  • Write and create written work instructions for production of control panels as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation and compliance of quality department initiatives, programs, policies and goals.
  • Contribute in additional quality responsibilities as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Must have previous experiences working with 600 Volts and less.
  • Machine control experience is a plus.
  • Basic PLC programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Comprehensive mechanical aptitude and abilities.
  • Experience with basic test equipment including volt meter, high pot tester, and oscilloscope.
  • Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on regular basis.
