Shop Production Associate
Local Manufacturing Facility
Pay: $18.00-$20.00+/hr (Based on experience and skills)
- Assist with the operation of production equipment and machinery
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Perform basic measurements and inspections of products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support production goals while working as part of a team
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to use measuring tools and equipment or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and work overtime when needed
- Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
