Production Machine Operator; 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

Position: Production Machine Operator (2nd Shift, 3rd Shift)
The Production Machine Operator sets up and runs production equipment to manufacture Legacy's products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machinery according to work orders and specifications

Monitor machine operation and product quality throughout the production run Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures

Maintain accurate production records

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior machine operation experience preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Must work well with others and take direction well

Physical Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 lbs Ability to work in both warm and cool environments

Ability to use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects

Ability to react quickly using hands, fingers, or feet
