Shifts- Days: 6am-6:30 pm – Tuesday’s & Every Other Weekend

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible for providing direct, hands‑on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well‑being.
Responsibilities- Follow and uphold the Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
- Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
- Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
- Follow and uphold policies and procedures of the Community.
- Follow rules outlined in the Community’s employee handbook.
- Attend and participate in facility meetings and in‑service training programs as assigned.
- Follow infection control guidelines.
- Report changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
- Observe residents’ rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
- Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
