As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will partner with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting pay will be $13.50–$15.50 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 8–15 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Interact professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support:
  During peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) you will work additional days and hours. On some holidays you may work the actual holiday or weekend.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocating card departments, building fixtures, and resetting card sections. You will be notified at least two weeks in advance.
• Team support:
  Collaborate with other merchandisers to support teammates as needed in their territories.

Work on the sales floor and back stockrooms. Consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally). Kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders as required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores on schedule.
