Truck Driver at Hupp Electric Motors

Base Pay Range: $22.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Qualifications: Minimum Valid Iowa Class B CDL with Air Brakes, good driving record, background check and physical clearance. Must be a 1st Shift Delivery person, Monday through Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule. Some overtime travel will be required.

The company utilizes its own staff of professional drivers and its own fleet of trucks to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Minimum Performance Expectations:

• Treat the customer with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as outlined in the dress code.
• Willingness to accept varying assignments and/or routes.
• Complete all paperwork within prescribed timelines.
• Load and unload cargo unassisted.
• Paint motors for delivery per customer specifications (as needed).
• Maximize service - minimize expense.
• Care for all company property as if it were your own.
• Obey all applicable traffic laws.
• Follow all applicable company performance requirements as outlined in the current Policy Manual.

Specific Performance Expectations: Because the assignments for each driver are subject to change, based on company and customer requirements, specific performance expectations and objectives will be developed for each driver on an individual basis.
