  • Develop and present concept designs for customer approval, then collaborate with pricing teams for proposal development
  • Own technical handover at PO stage, ensuring complete and accurate transfer of approved concepts and project requirements to engineering teams
  • Lead and manage the submittal process, reviewing drawings, data sheets, and technical documentation for compliance with specifications
  • Provide senior-level technical guidance for the design, selection, and application of standard and custom AHUs
  • Interpret HVAC designs, P&IDs, drawings, and specifications to develop project-specific solutions
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project and client expectations
  • Conduct site visits as needed to support installation, commissioning, and issue resolution
  • Stay current on HVAC technologies, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, etc.) and apply best practices
Complex Solutions Expertise:
  • Mechanical design and thermodynamic calculations for AHUs and HVAC systems
  • Structural and seismic considerations for complete AHU systems
  • Equipment selection for performance, efficiency, and lifecycle optimization
  • Electrical panel and power distribution requirements
  • P&t and interpretation
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning processes

Note:

Detailed engineering execution is supported by dedicated engineering teams; this role focuses on concept development, coordination, and technical leadership.

Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC design, construction, manufacturing, or MEP subcontractor environments
  • Strong expertise in AHU systems and industrial HVAC applications
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles (applications, solutions, project engineering, or pre-sales)
