Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Marion, OH

Spark Joy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Marion, OH.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment – This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must be comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Wadsworth

• Part-time: 20 hours/week
• Hours:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (possibility for additional afternoon hours)
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
