Overview

Company: Ohio Health at Home and Compassus collaboration. This position provides care for patients in the Marion County and surrounding areas. A $10,000 Sign On Bonus is available and paid out every 6 months for 2 years. How you’ll make an impact as a Home Health Physical Therapist

Work one-on-one with patients when and where they need the most help – in their home. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you have the opportunity to impact patients’ lives and support their ability to live at home while gaining the strength and independence needed for daily living activities (e.g., going to church, gardening).

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting

• Therapy skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment
