Melt Shop Process Engineer – Nucor Corporation
Location:
Marion, OH, United States.
Potential annual income: $74K-$90K
, plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team on safety, quality, production, and cost improvements throughout the melt shop.
- Refine processes to meet team goals and maintain continuous improvement.
- Work a rotating schedule with 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of steel or manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
- Experience in continuous process improvement and process validation.
- Experience with data analysis and trend identification.
- Leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP software, and AutoCAD.
