We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler on the Afternoon Shift at our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility. The plant is the world’s largest manufacturer of clothes dryers, offering a dynamic, continuous‑improvement environment that emphasizes teamwork, safety, and lean manufacturing principles.
Benefits and Compensation- The starting wage is $20.25 per hour plus a shift premium; you can progress to $25.70+ per hour over time.
- Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date).
- Benefits aboard day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Must have the ability to work the 2nd shift.
- Continuously stand or walk up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently.
- Work on a moving or conveyor production line or a stabilized workstation.
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
- Handle crating and packaging of materials, parts, and products.
- 1 year of consistent work history.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
- Motivated to work as a team player in a safety‑minded environment.
- Must provide a resume.
- 3 months of consecutive manufacturing or distribution experience.
- Associate’s Degree.
