Experienced Welder

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Experienced Welder role in Marion, OH.

• Perform high‑quality MIG and TIG welding, ensuring precision, reliability, and adherence to specifications.
• Complete all welding setups independently, including machine adjustments and material preparation.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints with exceptional accuracy.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity, making adjustments as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet daily production goals and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following all company safety protocols.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment as required to support production needs.
• Report any equipment concerns, quality issues, or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

• AWS D1.1 Certification – MANDATORY
• Must be proficient in both MIG & TIG welding and capable of performing their own setups.
• Strong blueprint reading ability—must be highly intelligent and detail‑oriented with technical drawings.
• Ability to work Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm
  , with overtime as needed.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast‑paced fabrication environment.

• Pay: $24+ per hour
