Position: Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner [Marion, OH]

Essential

Job Duties:
  • Demonstrate high level of autonomy/expert skill in diagnosis/treatment of complex responses of individual/families/communities to actual or potential mental health problems.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Work with clients/families to develop comprehensive/realistic plans of care which maximize positive health outcome.
  • Collaborate with other health care professionals, behavioral health providers.
  • Observe and conform to standards of Third Street Family Health Services, including maintaining current patient records.
  • Observe/conform to all laws, customs/ethics applicable to the profession of nursing.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted Ohio license to practice including Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse and Registered Nurse license.
  • DEA registration.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate clinical privileges/credentialing.
