M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with possible rotating Saturdays.

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Compliance with MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) program protocols (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Regional travel up to 75% may be required to provide facility support
• Proof of addiction and MAT nursing experience*

• Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician.
• Ensure the treatment plan of physician or Medical Director is followed.
• Give and interpret Mantoux testing.
• Schedule appointments for clients to see physician; provide lab work and referrals for follow‑up care.
• Assist in training staff in medical and health‑and‑safety matters and help maintain medical equipment.
• Provide training for staff development on health care needs such as CPR, first aid, blood pressure, etc.
• Purchase and order medical supplies.
• Educate clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification, side effects, lab results and all medical matters.
• Educate pregnant patients about prenatal care and assist primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed.
