EXPERIENCED Mow Crew Member

The Grounds Guys - Marion, Ohio

We are hiring crew members for our mowing teams.

Must have valid and unrestricted driver's license. Need to have mowing experience with commercial zero turn mowers. Must be fast and efficient at mowing, trimming, blowing, etc. Experience with edging, mulching, and pruning is a bonus. Must be a dependable worker, have good customer service, and the ability to problem solve.

• Performs landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, weed control, and leaf clean up.
• Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, and weed eaters.
• Assists Team Leader with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Current and unrestricted driver's license with a clean record
• One year experience in this or a related field is required
• Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
