The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry‑level part‑time management role that sells shoes to customers and leads the sales team when you are the manager on duty.

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales in computer; take cash and run credit cards.
• Help re‑stock the sales floor.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness in the store.
• Teach others how to perform the above tasks.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make bank deposits.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25–50 pounds.
