Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

This is a key position within a small, collaborative business where you'll influence strategy while remaining operationally involved in day-to-day planning and resource management. You'll oversee production planning, purchasing, stock control, compliance and warehouse operations — ensuring the business runs efficiently, profitably and ready to grow into new markets.

• Lead production planning at both strategic and daily operational levels
• Ensure raw materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules
• Manage stock levels, supplier performance and purchasing targets
• Negotiate supplier pricing and manage supplier relationships
• Monitor production efficiency and identify cost‑saving improvements
• Maintain ISO, FSC and environmental compliance standards

• Production planning or production management experience
• Purchasing and supplier negotiation experience
• Background in manufacturing (labour‑intensive environment desirable)
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Experience with stock control and resource planning
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
