Market Dryaton – £55,000 – 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

• Lead and coordinate a team of shift engineers to deliver maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Manage day‑to‑day engineering priorities, including planned work and unplanned breakdowns.
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues during the shift.
• Support fault diagnosis and repairs across a range of production and site equipment.
• Ensure engineering work is completed to required safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain clear communication with production and site leadership teams.
• Deputise for senior engineering leadership when required.

• Experience supervising or stepping up within an engineering team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong multi‑skilled maintenance background covering both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Confidence prioritising workloads and coordinating engineers in a time‑critical setting.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to lead by example on shift.
• Safety‑first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Formal engineering qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent.
