What You Will Do
  • Provide high‑quality clinical and psychosocial care to individuals dealing with drug and alcohol misuse.
  • Act as a named nurse, managing a caseload and delivering patient‑centred treatment plans.
  • Carry out assessments, care planning, and reviews for clients with complex and multifaceted needs.
  • Lead and support therapeutic group work programmes that promote recovery and wellbeing.
  • Administer medication and manage drug screenings in line with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective continuity of care for individuals transferring in and out of custody.
