As part of the Site Leadership Team, youll take the lead on HSE strategy, supported by a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. The role calls for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadershipsomeone who can engage teams, influence behaviours, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a site-specific health, safety and environment improvement plan to manage risks and ensure legal compliance Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all departments Lead internal and external audits to maintain high standards Oversee emergency preparedness and contractor/visitor safety procedures
