What you'll be doing

As Services & Utilities Maintenance Leader, you will:
  Lead and develop a team delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance

 Ensure equipment remains operational, efficient and compliant

 Prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime

 Manage multi-vendor suppliers and ensure effective stores inventory control

 Provide engineering expertise across specialist areas such as effluent plant, engineering stores, process and filling equipment

 Deliver all people-management responsibilities for your shift team

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, calm under pressure, and passionate about leading others. You'll need:
  Strong experience maintaining Process and Service systems in a GMP/food manufacturing environment

 Knowledge of health & safety legislation, PSSR, LOLER and compliance systems

 A track record of leading, coaching and developing teams

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

 A proactive, driven approach with high integrity and adaptability
