Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Market Drayton

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7-7 (days & nights)

Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x, and a £5,000 signing bonus (payable after passing probation)

Role Overview: Responsible for reactive and planned maintenance at the dairy site. Candidates should have a time-served apprenticeship or HNC qualification and experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverages.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in maintaining fast-moving manufacturing or logistics equipment
• Mechanical and electrical engineering skills in production environments
• Apprentice-trained with experience working on machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
• Knowledge of filling and process technology
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Preventative maintenance expertise
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
