Step into the role of Assistant Designer for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract at Joules Head Office within our friendly and creative Design Team.

• Support the creation and development of seasonal design ranges across outerwear, balancing creative and commercial needs to deliver against the concept brief.
• Work across multi‑product projects, enjoying varied and exciting assignments within a department that has full support and enthusiasm from management.
• Assist in creating a broad variety of styles that creatively respond to a brief, embracing a commercial eye and a think‑outside‑the‑box approach.

• Illustrator proficient with a Textile or Fashion Design Degree or equivalent.
• Experience with in the industry, such as paid work, internships or relevant projects.
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic nature with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
• Genuine excitement about the Joules brand.
• Confidence in switching between different products as workload is varied and at times fast‑paced.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong rapport and relationships across wider teams.
• Understanding of commercial acumen, customer and market positioning.
• Excellent trend prediction and ability to translate into contemporary relevance for the Joules brand.
• Resourceful with the drive to make the role your own.

The role is full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract based at ‘The Barn’ – Joules’ purpose‑built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
